Yezdi Roadster Overview
Agni Moto Inc., which offers the classic motorcycle brand Jawa and is part of the Agni Group, will launch a new brand called Yezdi in Nepal.
Yezdi motorcycle restarted its production after whooping 26 years, and three different models from Yezdi, like Scrambler, Adventure, and Roadster, have already been launched in the Indian market.
In Nepal, the Yezdi motorbikes will be launched with all these three models. First, however, we are going to talk about Yezdi Roadster.
Body & Aesthetic
Full-LED lighting and a fully-digital instrument cluster identical to the Scrambler are among the features of the new Yezdi Roadster. However, unlike the Scrambler and the Adventure, the Yezdi Roadster lacks multi-level ABS intervention. It also lacks the usual USB and type-C charger found on the Scrambler and Adventure.
The Yezdi Roadster has an attractive look, especially for those who love bobber-style motorcycles. It comes with single handlebars that are good for cruising on the highway, and it will not put much pressure on your arms if you’re onto long tours.
The headlight is round that comes with a small windscreen. However, it is only for decoration purposes and will not help avoid any wind rush.
The back mirrors are round and give you that retro feel. The center console is standard.
The seating position is comfortable for riders and even for pillion. At the rear, it includes LED taillight whereas, the side blinkers are halogen. All the lights mated with the bike are mostly round and look retro.
All black theme plays a significant role in the looks of this bike.
Brakes & Suspension
Telescopic front forks and twin-sided rear springs handle the suspension duties, while single disc brakes are used on both wheels.
Tubeless tyres are fitted to the Roadster’s alloy wheels.
Color Options
The five color options are available for Yezdi Roadster. These colors are Smoke Grey, Steel Blue, Hunter Green, Gallant Grey, and Sin Silver.
Engine Specifications
The Yezdi Roadster competes against the Royal Enfield Meteor 350 and the Benelli Imperiale 400, both road-oriented.
Like Adventure and the Scrambler, the Roadster is powered by a 334cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine.
The motor is configured to produce a max power of 28.3bhp at 7,300rpm and max torque of 29 Nm at 6,500rpm when connected to a six-speed gearbox.
Dimensions
The 2022 Yezdi Roadster has a total length of 2090 mm and an overall width of 790 mm. Furthermore, it comes with a full height of 1180 mm.
Launch Date & Price
The arrival of the 2022 Yezdi motorcycles is set for the Nepali New year. However, the price of Yezdi Motorcycle in Nepal has not been fixed yet.
