The TVS Raider has a total displacement of 124.8cc air-cooled three-valve fuel-injected single-cylinder engine. The engine can produce a max power of 11.38PS @ 7500rpm and 11.2Nm at 6000rpm of max torque.
It has a 5-speed manual gearbox transmission, and In addition, TVS’ innovative oil-cooled combustion chamber with an inbuilt oil cooler further adds to the engine’s performance.
TVS claims the bike to have a mileage of 67kmpl, which is adequate for this sector.
It includes riding modes on the TVS Raider 125- Eco & Power. According to the TVS Company, the Eco mode reduces performance by 3% while increasing mileage by 3%. On the other hand, switching to Power mode increases top acceleration by 10 percent.
The acceleration from 0-60 kmph is 0.4 seconds faster. Also, the bike has an integrated starter generator for quiet starts and a stop-start idling technology to save fuel in congested areas.
