The Tata Harrier, which competes with the MG Hector, has acquired a mid-spec option with the new XTA+ model in the international market.
Other competitors, such as the Kia Seltos and Hyundai Creta, already offer a variety of engines and transmissions, as well as a long list of extras.
Is Hector a Chinese Company?
Although the origins of MG Motor are British and it has been promoted as from Britain, there is no doubt that this vehicle company is owned by the Chinese state-owned D&M company, which is known as SAIC.
The company headquartered is located in Shangai, China.
However, not long ago, MG launched 6-seaters Hector Plus in the Indian market, and it has been a new item in the pipeline.
Is it worth buying MG Hector?
While Hector’s seats are incredibly comfy, the back seats have limited knee support. When commuting in the city, you won’t get much input. When you’ve been sitting in the back for a long time, you start to notice it. This is an issue that only affects the back seats, not the front.
Overall performance built quality is good.
