It has been confirmed that Skoda’s sedan car Slavia will come to Nepal by the year 2022. Skoda Slavia, which went public in India a few days ago, will arrive here in Nepal soon after its launch in the Indian auto market.

However, the Octavia manages to look sportier because of its notchback layout, as opposed to the Slavia’s usual three-box shape with a standard sedan-like boot.
Slavia, which has more premium features than the Rapid, is already sold in the international market.
The Skoda Slavia offers a great combination of front butterfly grille and LED headlamps. The back of Slavia also looks excellent. It has an LED taillamp with a crystalline on the back.
What Inside The New Skoda Slavia?
Skoda has left no stone unturned in Slavia to make it great for safety and entertainment. The company has provided SC, rear parking sensor, camera, cruise control, multi-collision brake, and up to 6 airbags.
In addition, features such as a 10-inch infotainment system, wireless charging, virtual cockpit, and automatic climate control are provided for entertainment and driver convenience.
Powertrain of Skoda Slavia
The Slavia will be a petrol-only sedan with powertrains shared with the Kushaq mid-size SUV, which was just unveiled in the Nepali market. The first is a 1.0-liter TSI petrol engine with 114 horsepower and 178nm torque.
It will be mated to a six-speed manual transmission and a torque converter automatic transmission with six speeds. While the manual version will be available in Active, Ambition, and Style trim levels, the automatic version will only be available in Ambition and Style.
The 1.5-liter TSI engine, which produces 148bhp and 250Nm torque, is the second engine option. A six-speed manual and the renowned seven-speed DSG unit handle the transmission tasks.
However, this engine is only available in the top-of-the-line Style trim.

The company will start selling it in India from January 2022. In Nepal, the company is preparing to start selling it from February 2022.
With the arrival of Slavia in Nepal, it seems that the rectangle of Rapid will gradually close.
Skoda Nepal has not given any further detailed information about the new Slavia.
However, the New Skoda Slavia will be available in three variants and five color options. Exterior colors for the Slavia include Carbon Steel, Candy White, Brilliant Silver, Tornado Red, and Crystal Blue.
