Royal Enfield has taken the covers off the SG 650 concept motorcycle at EICMA 2021. The idea teases the new 650cc cruiser that is slated to appear in a few months.

The headlamp is surrounded by a cool-looking cowl, which extends to cover the instrument cluster at the top. A circular headlight with integrated position lights is visible when viewed from the front.

The chopped fender on the tail portion and the big M are both excellent design elements.

The engine used in the Royal Enfield SG 650 is the same engine used in the Interceptor 650, and Continental GT 650, the same parallel-twin powerplant.

It will be driven by a 648 cc parallel twin-cylinder engine with a peak torque of 52 Nm and a maximum power output of slightly over 47 PS.

As with the 650 Twins, the powerplant will be mated to a six-speed transmission with a slipper and assist clutch as standard.
