2022 Ferrari Purosangue ~Sleek V-12 SUV~
2022 Ferrari Purosangue – Overview
The Ferrari Purosangue SUV was purportedly observed testing near the Ferrari factory in Modena, Italy.
This attractive SUV is a Ferrari first, having taken years to develop.
The first Ferrari SUV is almost here, with a delivery date set for the second half of 2022.
The Purosangue will be Ferrari’s first foray into the burgeoning market for ultra-luxury performance SUVs.
The Purosangue SUV has been developing for several years, and Ferrari just disclosed that a new V12 engine would power it.
Benedetto Vigna, Ferrari’s CEO, reportedly claimed that the business researched numerous engine possibilities before deciding on a V12 as the best option for the market.
Ferrari has yet to announce the Purosangue SUV’s power figures or pricing, but we guess you can’t afford Ferrari’s new SUV if you have to ask.
According to a recent spy film from Niki Motorsport, the exhaust noise of the camouflaged Ferrari Purosangue SUV has the same iconic exhaust note as its predecessors.
However, instead of being a regular SUV, this low SUV appears to be more of a high-riding wagon.
This design is intended to maintain the centre of gravity lower than competitors, which is suitable for handling but reduces ground clearance.
The Purosangue SUV is yet to be given a release date, but Ferrari has stated that we will learn more about its game-changing V12 engine this summer.
So it’s only natural that the production-ready Purosangue be shown alongside its new V12 engine.
Expect limited production numbers as Ferrari focuses on keeping the Purosangue SUV unique as it does with its other V12-powered cars.
The Purosangue SUV will begin deliveries in 2023, and due to the high demand for SUVs, it may become Ferrari’s best-selling vehicle.
